The report includes (i) an overview of the company's business operations, strategy and plans; (ii) an analysis of the key value drivers, competitive strengths and weaknesses, and business opportunities; (iii) the development of a detailed, multi-year financial projection, and (iv) an opinion of the fair market value of the business.
