Mark Eaton

Analyst

Mark Eaton is an Analyst in Houlihan Capital's Investment Banking group. Mr. Eaton is responsible for developing financial models, generating marketing and presentation materials, and conducting valuation analyses.

Mr. Eaton started his investment banking career as an Intern at Houlihan Capital where he conducted financial valuations, prepared client pitch decks and developed client reports. Prior to Houlihan, he completed an internship program at Boustead Securities in California. During his college career, Mr. Eaton was involved in the Trott Business Program at the University of Chicago where he participated in industry networking and training events in partnership with the Chicago Booth School of Business.

Mr. Eaton has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago and was a four-year student athlete competing on the varsity football team. As a registered member of FINRA, he currently holds Series 79 and Series 63 certifications.
