Laura Lovell

Laura Lovell is a Vice President in Houlihan Capital’s Valuation and Financial Advisory practice. She performs valuation analyses for financial reporting, tax, strategic planning, and transaction opinion purposes across a variety of industries. Her responsibilities include performing financial analysis, conducting due diligence, and preparing valuation materials. 

Prior to joining Houlihan Capital, Ms. Lovell served as a Senior Consultant within Deloitte’s Business Valuation practice where she performed valuations for M&A transaction support, financial reporting and tax compliance purposes. She focused on valuing business enterprises, legal entities, intangible assets and equity investments within the technology and financial services industries. Ms. Lovell also has experience in management consulting and valuation managed services. 

Ms. Lovell holds a Master of Science in Finance and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
