Jake Kimpler

Jake Kimpler is a Vice President within the Investment Banking practice at Houlihan Capital. He leads deal execution across the transaction lifecycle, directing financial analysis and modeling, guiding buyer and investor outreach, and managing client relationships from origination through close. He is also an active contributor to the firm's business development efforts. Mr. Kimpler has garnered significant experience across diverse sectors, including healthcare, industrials, consumer, business services, and infrastructure, among others.

Before joining Houlihan Capital, Mr. Kimpler was an Analyst in the Valuation Advisory Services division at Duff & Phelps in Seattle, WA, where he primarily focused on the SaaS sector.

Mr. Kimpler earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, with a double major in Finance and Operations & Supply Chain with a concentration in Data Analytics. He also received an academic minor in Spanish. As a registered member of FINRA, Mr. Kimpler currently holds Series 79 and Series 63 certifications.
