Sam Chaffee

Senior Associate

Sam Chaffee is a Senior Associate within the Investment Banking practice at Houlihan Capital responsible for developing comprehensive financial models, conducting value-added analyses, generating dynamic presentation materials for clients, and maintaining business relationships.

Mr. Chaffee started his Investment Banking career as an Intern at KeyBanc Capital Markets in their M&A team, working on preparing valuation models and client pitch books for several active deals. Prior to that, Mr. Chaffee interned at Breakthrough Schools and Symphony Financial Services, where he held positions in financial modeling and analysis. Outside of finance, he has also performed professionally as a concert pianist

Mr. Chaffee graduated with a Master of Finance from Case Western Reserve University in 2021. He also holds a BS in Finance and a BA in Music from Case Western Reserve University. There, he was an Associate in the Weatherhead Fund, a student investing club, and President of the Music Undergraduate Student Involvement Committee. As a registered member of FINRA, Mr. Chaffee currently holds Series 79 and Series 63 certifications.
