Sasha Deihimi

Sasha Deihimi is a Vice President in Houlihan Capital’s Valuation and Financial Advisory practice. He focuses on assisting the firm’s cryptoasset clients, working closely with fund managers and investment advisers to address the unique valuation challenges of illiquid and hard-to-value crypto investments. His responsibilities include conducting due diligence, performing complex financial analyses, and delivering valuation solutions tailored to client needs in an evolving asset class.

Prior to joining Houlihan Capital, Mr. Deihimi served as a Valuation Manager at Arch Canyon Partners, where he specialized in gift and estate tax valuations, business valuations, cryptoasset and fund valuations, litigation support, real estate valuations, financial reporting, and other hard-to-value asset classes. Earlier in his career, he worked at B. Riley Financial on their Valuation team, where he gained experience across a range of engagements including ASC 820 and ASC 718 valuations, asset-based lending analyses, and quality of earnings reviews.

Mr. Deihimi earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Master of Business Administration from William Woods University.
