Bruce Lohman

Senior Advisor - Valuation

Bruce Lohman is a Senior Advisor for Houlihan Capital. In this role, he focuses particularly on valuation engagements in the banking, financial institutions, energy, real estate and venture capital industry segments. He is also active in valuation and litigation support assignments related to the digital asset ecosystem, structured products, derivatives, and shadow securitization methodologies.

Mr. Lohman has over thirty-five years of experience in real estate finance, global derivatives, structured products, valuation services, litigation support and bankruptcy workout transactions. Prior to his experience at Houlihan, Mr. Lohman worked for ABN Amro for twenty years, from 1988 until June 2008.

Mr. Lohman holds a B.A. with Honors from the University of Notre Dame (1988) and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (1991). He currently is an Adjunct Professor at the Fitzgerald Institute for Real Estate at the University of Notre Dame teaching two courses: one on proptechs / fintechs and the other covering real estate finance topics.
