Senior Vice President

Jason Wietfeld is a Senior Vice President in the firm’s Valuation and Financial Advisory Group. Mr. Wietfeld performs valuations for public and privately-held businesses, business interests, fairness and solvency opinions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), gift and estate planning, financial accounting, and tax reporting purposes. Mr. Wietfeld’s responsibilities include project management, financial analysis and modeling, and comparable company analysis. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wietfeld worked at Duff & Phelps where he managed and performed all aspects of valuation analyses for a variety of domestic and international companies. Preceding his time at Duff & Phelps, Mr. Wietfeld was with Acclaro Valuation Advisors in Omaha, Nebraska where he was in charge of conducting in-depth company due diligence, financial analysis and modeling, industry and economic research, and peer group analysis.

Mr. Wietfeld holds a Master of Security Analysis and Portfolio Management degree from Creighton University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska. Mr. Wietfeld is a Level II candidate for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Society of Chicago.
