Tristan Jones is a Business Development Associate within the Investment Banking practice at Houlihan Capital. Tristan is responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with private business owners exploring M&A opportunities, conducting strategic outreach, and contributing to the firm’s overall growth initiatives. By leveraging industry research, data-driven prospecting, and a deep understanding of founder-led businesses, Tristan helps connect prospective clients with tailored financial solutions. 

Before joining Houlihan Capital, Tristan held business development and strategic growth roles across financial services, manufacturing, and consumer goods industries. In these roles, Tristan specialized in market analysis, client engagement, and building scalable outreach strategies to drive revenue. With a strong foundation in relationship management and data-driven decision-making, Tristan has successfully supported business expansion efforts in dynamic and competitive markets. 

Tristan earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Middle Tennessee State University. At Houlihan Capital, Tristan focuses on expanding the firm’s deal pipeline and strengthening relationships with business owners, private equity firms, and strategic buyers.
